The Relay CAD System Research

Among this article,the principle,design method and result of relays, especially the permanentmagnetism rotation-balancing relay,will be dissertated. A kind of relay design solution is proposed. So it has some practical meaning.This article dissertates design of main parts of relay CAD, including initial design, characteristic analysis, optimization, and put out the correlative theory, the design proposal, and makes the analysis to test result. Initial design includes the design about contact system structural,electromagnetic system structural.Regarding permanent magnetism relay, the permanent magnet structural design must be considered. Characteristic analysis is static characteristic analysis primarily. The Suction characteristic solution bases the magnetic circuit computation via network analysis. The result indicated that, using network topology analysis to solve complex magnetic circuit the computation can achieve very good effect. After the preliminary design, there also needs some structural optimization based on certain objective function.In this project, the way using compound-shaped mothed to optimize relay volume reduces the volume by 20%.And, the paper also has make some introductions about the structure of related program and the user surface.
