With the increasing demand for safe use of electricity in all aspects of social production and life,the demand for intelligent electrical apparatus and instruments is also increasing.Magnetic latching relay,as one of the core components of smart meter,is widely used in prepaid meter,centralized meter reading system and composite switch of reactive power compensation device.However,the electromagnetic environment around it becomes more and more complex,and there may be a strong interference magnetic field.In this paper,the interference magnetic field is imitated by the magnetic field produced by the applied magnetic steel,and the static and dynamic characteristics of the magnetic latching relay are analyzed by the finite element method;The operation time of magnetic latching relay under external magnetic steel interference is measured.First of all,the magnetic latching relay electromagnetic system components are measured by three coordinate measuring instrument,the interference magnetic field of the magnetic latching relay static model is established by finite element analysis software ANSYS.The torque of armature assembly under six interference directions: front,back,left,right,upper and six interference directions: ± X ? ± Y ? ± Z are simulated,and the interference degree under different conditions is analyzed.Taking the upside interference as the research object,the influence degree of the distance from different interference sources is analyzed and calculated,and the golden section method is used to find the sensitive range and risk range of the spatial magnetic interference.Then,the shielding case is built in ANSYS,and the electromagnetic system is included.The torque of the armature assembly under the interference magnetic field is recalculated and compared with the non shielding measures,and the static protection capability of the shielding case is analyzed by finite element method;The structure of the shielding case is improved,and a method is put forward,which does not affect its protection ability,but also can reduce weight,save material and cost.Finally,the finite element analysis software Ansoft(Maxwell 3D)is used to establish the dynamic model when the magnetic latching relay is shielded and unshielded in the disturbed magnetic field.Taking the right interference as the research object,the movementcharacteristics of the six interference directions of ±X?±Y?±Z were calculated and analyzed,and the movement time of armature assembly before and after shielding was compared.In order to verify the correctness of the simulation results,the movement time of the armature assembly with shielding and no shielding is measured respectively,and again,it is proved that the shielding case has good protection ability.The dissertation provides a reference for the installation and placement of the elements that may cause electromagnetic interference around the magnetic latching relay,and is of great significance to the design and development of magnetic latching relays with high electromagnetic compatibility.
