In recent years, high-rise buildings are developing rapidly. Because of the need of architectural function, high-rise buildings of frame-shear wall structure are developing rapidly , in the lower part, frame columns with small rigidity are laid to get large space which is used as marketplaces , eateries and recreational sites; in the upper part, shear walls with large rigidity are laid to get small space which is used as residences, hotels and offices. To realize this type of structure lay-out, transfer floor must be laid in the floor where structure is transferred. In seismic region, many transfer floors are high, usually on the 3rd to the 6th floor, some on the 7th to the 10th,even higher. High-rise buildings of frame-shear wall structure with transfer floor belong to complex structure. This structure is flexible in the lower part while firm in the upper part. Many of this structure type surpass code limitation in setting place of transfer floor, especially disadvantageous to seismic. Depended on current computation method, it is difficult to confirm the integral seismic behavior and local transfer of force exactly. Based on shaking table test and finite element calculation, this paper study the seismic behavior of the high-rise building with high transfer floor.Based on similarity theory, this paper design a 1:25 micro concrete scale model of ShenZhen international mayor tower which is a high-rise building of frame-shear wall structure with high transfer floor, keeping model similar to prototype in loading behavior. Three seismic waves are selected to do the shaking table test in 51 operating modes. The acceleration displacement responses and strain of the model are measured and the appearance and development of the crack are observed. Through mode analysis, dynamic characteristics under different intension earthquake is studied. According to dynamic characteristics and responses of the structure in each phase, the seismic behavior of the structure is analyzed. Based on the shaking table test, finite element analysis is applied to the structure, and the period , acceleration, displacement and torsion of the model under different seismic action are calculated Compared test with finite element analysis results, the exactitude and reliability of each other are verified. Based on comparison, further finite element analysis of the model is done, chiefly on the seismic reaction of the floor near the transfer floor and the loading of the components.Combined the shaking table test with finite element calculation of Sap2000, this paper evaluate seismic behavior of the high-rise building of frame-shear wall structure with high transfer floor comprehensively and find the weak position. Some conclusions are drawn ,which offer scientific basis to seismic design of ShenZhen international mayor tower, and give contain reference to similar high transfer structures in seismic design.
