In order to satisfy the requirement of some buildings for the large space in bottom and architectural comprehensive function, the high-rise frame supported shear wall with transfer storey has been developed. But the structure of the transfer storey is different largely from other floors in stiffness and quality, which causes the structure is uniform in the vertical direction and unfavorable to the seismic performance of structure, therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the performance of the structure under earthquake action.Firstly, this paper carried on whole structure mode analysis, response spectrum analysis and dynamic time history analysis to a high residence of 27#with beam-transfer storey by finite element software. The result showed that the structural arrangement of the engineering was reasonable, and all the data were in the range of the current regulations of our country;the first storey of the structure appears the weak layer under the earthquake action of X direction,so it needed to be strengthened in the design phase;the selection of seismic wave affected the dynamic time history analysis of the structure greatly. Then the model F2,F3,F4,F5 was established to simulate the structure of transfer storey set at second, third, fourth, and fifth storey respectively, and some results were obtained by means of mode analysis and response spectrum analysis to these models. The result showed that with the increase of the position of the transfer storey, the self vibration period of the structure decreased gradually, the deformation of structure that below the transfer storey and the total shear force became larger, all of the changes were detrimental to seismic resistance of structure,so the position of the transfer storey should be decreased in the early stage of structural design as far as possible.By the setting up of M2,M3,M4,M5,M6 model to analyze the influence of the different parts of ground shear wall that below the transfer storey on seismic performance of the structure, which was found that it was advantageous to the seismic resistance by strengthening the ground shear wall, and the effect of strengthening the external ground shear wall to the seismic performance of the structure is obviously greater than that of the ground interior shear wall;the rigid floor assumption of the conversion layer leads to the calculation of the internal force of the frame pillar.By this study,on the one hand,it was verified that the structural arrangement of the engineering could satisfy the anti-seismic requirements under the condition of 7 degree seismic fortification,on the other hand,it could provide help to beam-transfer engineering.
