Nowadays, the DC/DC converter is faced with much request such as volume smaller, weight lighter, efficiency and reliability better, as the main electronics of direct current power for supply system. Thus make converter change from low frequency to high frequency in run. Whereas rigid switching can't competent for the request because of much problem. Now there is one way to overcome the limitation, which is soft-switching.A novel bi-directional DC/DC converter was introduced in the dissertation, which based on refer much converter data. The soft switching, phase-shifted PWM and bi-directional DC/DC converter hang together, depress circuit switch ullage and noise effectively, which provide condition to increase switch frequency, efficiency and reduce size and weight for the converter; at the same, the converter have the virtue of structure compact, voltage and current stress small etc such as ordinary hard switch converter.Primary simulation was used in the project, which validate the feasibility of structure. And experiment was based on the simulation, the results show that charge circuit and uplifted circuit both was adopted the same circuit, which can realize energy bi-directional flow, also have low switch ullage and high dynamic response.The discussion was introduced to controller design, also illuminate software design idea, and offer microcomputer software flow and program listing. PIC microcomputer was used in the system control, which has simple circuit and credible performance.
