Researches On Faults Of Rotor-to-stator Rub-impact For Turbo-generator Units

In this paper, the fault causes of rotor-to-stator rub-impact are introduced for turbo-generator units. The vibration characteristics of faults are investigated by emulate calculation and simulate test.The differential equations are founded on Jeffcott rotor which is the predigested model of the rotor rub-impact. By emulate calculation some parameters changes influence the rub-impact vibration. The rub-impact faults of rotor are simulated in test up to snuff,on the slight rub-impact and on the grave rub impact.
