| Relay protection in the technology should meet the four basic requirements, that is, selectivity, sensitivity, speed and reliability. Reliability is mainly determined by the quality of the protection device. Selectivity, sensitivity and speed are mainly determined by the protection of the fixed value and action time. To protect the setting time, the sensitivity and selectivity of the method are closely related to the selection of operation mode.The actual power system is mainly run in the current operation mode, we need to demonstrate the protection of the selectivity, sensitivity and speed of action.Offshore oil platform power system has its own characteristics, which determines the protection of the whole set of rules and short circuit calculation has a significant difference.Firstly, the whole system scheme of relay protection setting and on-line checking software is designed. The main function of each module is set up, which includes graphic modeling module, fault calculation module, setting calculation module and value verification module.Secondly, in order to meet the requirements of short circuit calculation of offshore oil platform, the short circuit calculation program based on IEC 61363 and IEC 60909 standard is developed. In order to improve the generality of the software, the method of configuration of protection device, and the setting rule base of the model are developed.Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the four requirements, the selectivity, the speed, the sensitivity and the reliability of the system, the method of on-line verification is proposed. Compared with the previous method, the calculation of the method is reduced, and the efficiency is higher.The whole set of relay protection setting calculation of offshore oil platform and online verification software has been successfully used in the offshore oil, and has been unanimously praised by users. |
