Investigation On Desulfurize Performance Of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

Based on the investigation on theory and test in laboratory and locale of power plant, this article made a deep research on the desulfur characteristic of circulating fluidized bed (CFB). Temperature, granularity and velocity of heating up were considered in the experiment of calcine, and the best value range of the three factors was confirmed. Aiming at the instance of lacking of experiments and data of desulfur, a test on 75t/h CFB was made and a great deal of function data was got. On the base of former people's work, this article made a further step in consummating desulfur model of CFB. In this model, the distributing of temperature and granularity, the coarse of calcine of limestone and separating out of sulfur and so on were considered. The comparative result of model and test was so inosculate that it indicated that the model's count course was simple and count result was reasonable, and had high value of theory and utility.
