| The ship power automation is an important part of the whole ship cabin automation. In our country, research on this field is lagged. Today, most products only have one single function, for example, start-stop equipment or auto-parallel. Form 1990' s, control systems based on MCU or industry computer have been gradually applying on ships. How to make these systems more flexible, how to make the interface more friendly and how to make ship power control system much easier to join the whole ship control network becomes more and more important, and that is what this thesis will discuss.So, this thesis includes three main parts: multi-display and operate panel, the realization of communication between MCU and computer by the application of CAN field bus, two CPU make up of the field control system. LED and light columns display the most important parameters: voltage, current, power, power factor and frequency. LCD displays other parameters and shows the modifications of the parameters. The input and modification of parameters is realized by the use of keyboard.Communication between MCU and computer is realized by using CAN bus, so, each MCU can be the main controller, and the CAN bus makes the network more flexible to extend.The field control system composes two MCU, which is a main trait of this system. One CPU detects and calculates parameters, the other is used to show and modify the parameters, and to decide whether should parallel according to the demands and parameters. In addition, the thesis also discusses the regulation of parallel communicating between two CPUs. |
