A considerable progress on nonlinear finite element method of RC structure analysis has been achieved ever since. With the further development of finite element approach and the computer technology, the reinforced concrete FEM is remarkably improved. The steel fiber concrete is universally utilized as the brand new construction material around the world recently. Therefore the FEM of steel fiber concrete is getting more important as the rapid spread of its usage in construction field. The main task of this paper is to compute and analyze the mechanical properties of steel fiber concrete with nonlinear finite element method.By using Visual C++ 6.0 IDE based on object-oriented ideology, the core concepts of RC finite element are refined into fundamental classes which are made up of node class, element class, load class, matrix class, vector class, equation class. While the application classes consists of the steel fiber concrete class and steel bar class. The nonlinear finite element program of steel fiber concrete is developed by means of realization of the classes. Besides, the program of management module is also constructed to track the formation of files with the support of management windows. It is convenient to make further improvement of steel fiber concrete analytical program with the plain module.The endochronic constitutional modal and failure criterion which are applicable to the fiber steel concrete is adopted during the finite element analysis. The automatic generation of meshing technology is also applied in the pre-process stage so as to reduce the input amounts of element data and the possibility of mistake occurrence. The program also parts of post-process functions including the random distribution of steel fibers in concrete matrix, structure shape map, discrete structure mesh map, structure displacement map, cracking map, stress map of steel bar.Based on the experimental data performed by Shunbo Zhao in Dalian University of Technology, the calculation is conducted with FB-3b beam modal to check out the application and compatibility of the program.
