| With the increasing of speed and the decreasing of weight, problems of intension and stiffness of automobile and its key components, especially the intension and fatigue problems based on the dynamic performance and dynamic reaction, come to the front. Nowadays, the traditional method of analogy pervading in domestic auto industry can no longer adapt with this technology progress. In designing and analyzing complex structures and components, Chan'an Co.,Ltd, Chongqing, also lacks practical measures in such area, and the problems of insufficiency of dynamic intension and fatigue limited the technology and the quality of the products.In this paper, the author attempt to incorporate the modern design and analysis methods of finite element analysis and spectrum analysis into finding the mechanism of and solving the problem of the generator and compressor bracket breaking and the consequent nuts loosing of the generator base, which appeared in mass during the real road reliability trials in a new auto type development phase. The result shows that the defects of the dynamic performance of the system, including generator, compressor and their bracket, were the key cause of the fracture. Based on this research improvements were carried out, and the result that the improved auto made the real road reliability trials through testified the feasibility of the measures.Through the research of this paper, many benefits were brought to the manufacturer. Firstly, the problem harassed the manufacturer was solved successfully, and the technical level and the quality of the product were enhanced. The precious technical data and the modern design and analysis experiences were accumulated for the designers and it will surely demonstrate its directive importance in the design and development of new product in the future. |
