With the globalization of the market and the manufacture, the motorcycle industry of our country has been confronted with strong competitions and rigorous challenges on account of the insufficient competence of the independence innovation and development and the low-level technology. In the face of the general current of the economic globalization and the new market environment after affiliating the WTO, it is necessary to grasp the development trend of the motorcycle technology, continue to develop new products and improve the product quality to satisfy the diversified needs of the market. Only in this way, it can better participate in the market competition, and bring about the sustained growth of the motorcycle technology and make our country become the industrial base of the world motorcycle enterprise. And the performance of the motorcycle and its riding comfortableness are the crux of the matter. Thus, to solve the vibration problem has become urgent affairs which puzzle our motorcycle manufacture enterprise for a long time.In this dissertation the Finite Element Analyze (FEA) has been used to analyze the characteristic of the vibration of the frame. The dynamic characteristic has been deeply and systematically comprehended through the Modal Analysis and Harmonic Response Analysis. It provides the important basis of solving the vibration of the motorcycle and has some theoretical significance and important practical value. The main research is as follows:â‘  Analyze and research the boundary constraint and the structure characteristic and segment the frame making use of the Shell element, the Pipe element etc. on the base of it the practical finite element model has been established;â‘¡ Analyze the mode of the frame by dint of the Finite Element model. And get the inherent frequency and the vibration mode of the frame. Tentatively estimate the dynamic characteristic of the frame and analyze the inherent frequency that may be lead to the resonance.â‘¢ Research the displacement response of the frame that has been caused by the harmonic load of the engine on the base of the Modal Analysis. Study the vibration of the different region of the frame to analyze whether it leads to the resonance for coupling by contrast with the frequency of the Modal Analysis;â‘£ The dynamic characteristic of the frame has been comprehended based on the Modal Analysis and Harmonic Response Analysis. And bring forward the method of the shock absorption to make use of the rubber dashpot.
