Study Of Line Loss Calculation Methods In Distribution Network

Distribution network is an important part of the power system, and the line loss of the distribution network takes the large proportion of line loss in the whole power system. Therefore, line loss calculation and reasonable reducing loss measures are very profound.In this paper, some domestic and overseas ripe calculation methods are discussed. According to the special framework and power consumption, the mathematics model of transformer, line and etc is established. Through analyses and comparisons with other methods, the equation squared root method of current is applied for the distribution line loss. Aim at the shortcomings of traditional equation squared rood method of current, improved methods are presented. This papers presents the treatment of small (or multiple) power sources in distribution network and the loss calculation of transformer winding resistance. In addition, the method on the base of queue is applied for programs.In this paper , the distribution line loss of 517 Lin Gao Xian is calculated , the employment of which indicates that the calculation efficiency is enhanced. The correctness and practicability of the improved method is verified by the comparison with the traditional method.
