Line loss rate is a measure of ability to control the power industry enterpriseeconomy an important technical indicators, along with the continuous development ofChina’s power industry, this calculation is widely applied, but also increasingly by themajor enterprises of small and medium power attention. So now the electricity industryin many industries for line loss calculation accuracy is very important, which is thedevelopment of the power industry provides an important basis.Low voltage line loss calculation in the rural distribution network planningoccupies a very important position in the grid line loss because the loss is very much tooccupy, power loss directly affects the amount of electricity generation enterprise data,also related to the timely supply of electrical energy in society, particularly with therapid social and economic development of the power industry has gradually become amajor producer of social power, so the power system for the accurate calculation of linelosses directly affect the supply of electric power enterprises, this will give socialdevelopment of great significance. So, on an appropriate and accurate distributionnetwork theoretical line loss calculation method has a very important theoretical andpractical significance.As0.4kv distribution network has the following characteristics:Structure is more complex, multi-branch lines.Large-scale distribution network, the relevant network parameters calculationdifficult.Load the complex nature of historical data insufficiency. In order to facilitate engineering calculations, using the MATLAB matpower flowcalculation package, to achieve line loss calculation. Using C#and matlab mixedprogramming techniques, and use flex technology to design and implement ruraldistribution network Theoretical Line Loss Calculation loss and its management system.
