Color Processing In Packaging Decoration

The color of the products of Packaging has become very important in commodity sale when the market is more and more competitive. So the color processing of packaging decoration is more and more concerned. But at present the software system of color processing is scare in the field of Packaging and Printing in our country, and it is not convenient for people to design packaging product. Based on the color vision theory and the knowledge of color space and its transformation, the algorithm to transform these color space is designed and the internet applications to process colors is developed with the programming language VC++6.0. Two parts are included in the software: first ,by adjusting the parameters of the RGB\CMKY and HSV color space to change colors. It is convenient for designers to rectify the color deviation and optimize colors matching. Second, by adjusting the parameters of one color space in turns, the image can shade in colors, so that the images with ideal color effect can be caught, which can help the designers' originality. At last the prospect of the industry of Packaging and Printing is described and the devices to improve the software is proposed in this paper, so that the CAD software designers can improve it and make it more useful in the design of packaging decoration.
