The establishment of the mathematics model for DC ARC load is the premise and base of its designing and studying. In order to solve the default of the limited valid scope and discontinuity characteristic, introducing the state continuous conversion gene based on establishment of respective mathematics model for low and magnitude current scope, and integrate with them reasonably then having established the mathematics model of suitable whole scope and having solved present mathematics model existent problems. Apply some actual operation data and curve, have verified the correctness of mathematics model, have certain application reference meaning for design and the research of the DC ARC Furnace.Based on above studying, current regulation control system and the electrode of application MATLAB software for the DC ARC Furnace have been simulated. Analyze and compare PID and vague, single Neuron etc. control strategy, and combine with single Neuron self adaptive gain, self adaptive right value and preventive integral saturation etc. control strategy. Have improved single Neuron control algorithm, may restrain efficiently to disturb, reduce broken arc and short circuit etc. phenomenon, make systematic control effect and robustness get to strengthen, also have certain application reference value for the design of the DC ARC Furnace.
