Currently, the AC drive has become the main transmission mode, permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is increasing applied to the servo control areas because of its superior control performance. Thus, research the permanent magnet synchronous motor’s control methods,make its have better dynamic and static performance, has important practical significance.The permanent magnet synchronous motor is a parameter time-varying and internal state coupled nonlinear object, the key of control it lies in the decoupling. The classic PID control means could adjust the proportion(P), integral(I) and differential(D) parameters to complete the decoupling purpose, but the3parameters depend entirely on artificial, it’s time-consuming and strenuous, and it is difficult to get the most accurate parameters. The neural network has since setting function, so, neural network combined with PID,can make up the defects of PID control.the classical PID and the single neuron combine to the single neuron PID, realize the decoupling control of PMSM. When PMSM’s parameter was changed, it will affect the performance of the system output. Based on the affect, Single neuron through online learning to adjust the connection weights to change the proportional,integral and differential effects of strength to the system, make the system better dynamic and static characteristics, to achieve the purpose of decoupling control of PMSM.Based on the theory of single neuron PID, this paper established the model of decoupling control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on single neuron PID on MATLAB/Simulink, and simulate it. The simulation results show that the system can decouple the speed and torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and it has a good dynamic and static performance and strong robustness.In order to verify further the feasibility of the decoupling control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, in this paper, I established permanent magnet synchronous motor control system experimental platform which based on the dSPACE simulation platform. From the real-time simulation of the system, we could see that the decoupling control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is feasible.
