Transient stability control (TSC) system is an important measure to ensure the safety and the stability of power system. Following the development of power system, the upgrade of voltage grade and the appearance of high-power and long distance power transmission, the safety and the stability of power system are much more required. Besides establishing a network with tight relations and reasonable structures, we still need a good transient stability control system to meet the requirement of power system safety and stability.Stability control mode of power system can be divided into three sorts: centralized control mode; regional control mode and local control mode. In current power system, there is few typical "single generator infinite bus system" modal. That local stability control used in one plant or transformer substation can solve stability problem of the network is impossible. In centralized control mode, fault information of every sub-station is transmitted to main station, all control strategies are made in main station, and then transmitted to executing station to execute. So communication channels are higher demanded. The reliability of the system is very low. Using both centralized control and local control can not meet the safety demand. Centralized management regional control mode(CMRC) is the development trend of transient stability control system of power system. This control mode manages every stability control system all over the network without affecting every one work independently.Stability control centralized management system is based on regional control .The management center is placed in control center. It is connected to automated control system network, so it can receive all kinds of information from EMS(Energy Management System). And it is connected to every central computer by channels. The main task of management center is to receive real time data of network from EMS, to carry out dynamic stability analysis on forecasting faults, to determine stability control strategies, to modify and generate stability control strategy tables in every main station, and transmit the strategy tables to all sub-stations.Man-Machine interface(MMI) is the window from which users can monitor and manage stability control system. It has a lot of functions such as: displaying menu , inputting and recording data document, managing strategy table, simulating transient stability, managing stability control equipment. The main task of this thesis is to realize MMI. Its main functions are following as below: manage region wiring diagram equipment distributing graph and electrical main wiring diagram, manage strategy table of stability control equipment.
