Electromechanical integration toroidal drive is a new-style multiple transmission machine, it is predominant in no-mesh,no-contact,and no- lubrication than toroidal transmission.The paper discusses research such as driving mechanism and trial machine about the electromechanical integration toroidal drive.Transmission ratio and fitting relation has been analyzed in paper. It indicates the tooth numbers of worm,planet and stator, the screw angles of worm and stator affect reciprocally. The correct relation of them is necessary for fitting. The paper has given feasible assemblages of them, and electromechanical integration principle has been analyzed. All kind of projects have been summarized. Signally, driving mechanism has been studied deeply; spatial dynamic model has been established.It indicates the number of meshing tooth varieties periodically, and output torque has a direct ratio with number of wheel and its radius and so on. But the relation with number of wheel,stator and worm is very complicated. While the other parameters are changeless the output torque increases with increasing of center worm pole number, while other parameters are changeless the output torque increases with increasing of stator tooth number, but there is no relation between output torque and the ratio between center distance and planet radius. Output torque is not predeterminate increasing while planet tooth number increasing. The trial machine has been designed and made; the test has been completed successfully. The test indicates feasibility for the theory of electromechanical integration.
