In this paper, a new complex drive——Electromechanical integrated toroidal drive of stator rotation is presented. This drive carried the integration of the mechanism, electron and control out and with compact structure, no contact and no lubrication. It can achieve high power output torque and output torque class size can be achieved without regulation. It can be applied under the extreme conditions in some of the industrial production and military fields. The kinematics, driving mechanism, the checking of the critical parts and the design and the manufacture of the prototype are researched. The main contents of the paper as below:The formula of the speed ratio for the drive is given. The relationship between tooth number of the elements, pole pair number of the worm coils and lead angle of the element teeth is obtained. The mending condition of the drive is obtained as well. And formula of the stator tooth number which need correct mesh condition, mending condition and magnetic relation is given.Driving mechanism of the drive is researched. The spatial force model of the drive is presented. The formula of the output torque of the torous stator is deduced. It analyse the force of the output torque. The prototype of the electromechanical integrated toroidal drive of stator rotation is designed. First of all, the parameter designation about all the parts of the drive is designed. Secondly, the intensity of the critical parts was checked, and the three-dimensional entity of the organization is modeling. The prototype of the electromechanical integrated toroidal drive of the stator rotation was manufactured. NC program the track of the knife when processing the torous stator and the torous worm.
