In this thesis the problem of low efficiency in blade's manufacture is solved based on one new NC scheme: Spiral machine. The technics control parameters and track-making algorithm during blade's spiral machine are designed in detail. Multi-coordinates tool point calculating formulas are deduced, which can be used in multi-kind control parameters. The track in leading line is redesigned for its acute curvature change, which is the bottleneck during spiral machine. The new track has avoided blade's gnaw and tool swaying. And a new track with high quality is calculated.This thesis analyses and contrasts the quality and efficiency of several usual NC mill schemes such as point-to-point mill, side-milling, spiral mill and so on; their advantage and disadvantage are pointed out at length. It also provides a good judge method of different NC mill scheme through description of routine manufacture process and analysis of the NC manufacture technics.It is validated that the spiral machine is a favorable scheme in blade machining. This thesis researches two sides upwards profoundly, and does some elementary work of application of spiral mill during opening blisk's manufacture.
