The automatic tool change device of flexible material cutting machine is designed and developed based on the actual needs of the enterprise and the existing problems of manual tool change.The purpose is to replace the manual tool change process with automatic equipment,so as to realize the automatic replacement of the blade of the cutting machine and improve the production efficiency and automation degree of the cutting machine.First of all,while clarifying the design requirements of the automatic tool change device of the cutting machine,the overall design scheme of the tool change device of the cutting machine is put forward;Magazine type tool magazine to store blades;Move the tool change structure horizontally to take and feed the blade.Secondly,the clamping mechanical characteristics of the blade are analyzed,and the clamping conditions of the blade are determined.According to the clamping requirements of the blade,the clamping structure of the T-type set screw is designed,and the parameters of several other core components are designed and analyzed theoretically,and the overall design of the tool change device is completed.At the same time,the Adams software is used to carry out the kinematics simulation of the Crank slider mechanism with T-type set screw,explore the influence of Ttype set screw on the vibration characteristics of the vibrating knife,use the Abaqus software to carry out the static analysis of the Plate for pushing the blade,Verify that the structural strength and deformation of the Plate meet the design requirements,and carry out the modal analysis of the Ttype set screw,and verify that the T-type set screw will not resonate with the tool.Finally,according to the overall scheme of the theoretical design,the prototype is processed,and the experimental platform is set for the tool change device,and the assembled prototype is tested for function.The single-factor test is carried out on the moving speed of the Plate for pushing the blade,the length of the spring in the tool magazine and the height difference of the blade slot,and the parameter range is determined.Then,the experimental scheme is designed through the response surface experimental design method for experiment.According to the experimental results,the moving speed of the Plate for pushing the blade is analyzed The influence of the spring length and the height difference of the blade slot in the tool magazine on the success rate of blade change and the inclination rate of the blade.The parameters of the moving speed of the Plate for pushing the blade,the spring length in the tool magazine and the height difference of the blade slot are optimized.
