For the tradition and economic factor, most of the old man would like to live together with their boys in our country. For these the stem family will exict in the our country in a long time. Now, the level of design is rough in the market of our residence. It can not fit the actual living need of the stem family, especially the family's old people. In our country's residence make the level of the residence building 's function is not high, and it can not satisfy with people's increasingly demand of the physical and spiritual life.For these, the thesis aim at the stem family, research the objective problem of the family for residence development, analyse the live appearance of the family and the market's demand, synthesize the actual condition, and explore a kind of the residence space which can fit the stem family.
