It is a novel apparatus of micro-friction with piezoelectric cermics. Here piezoelectric cermics is a executive body of forcing device, by it the force can be brought to bear automatically and continuously. This can avoid some bad ways in the existing apparatus. The technical demands can be realized, these include miniaturization of mechanical structure, automatic regulation of load and simple operation. Because the strain sensor with high sensitivity is used to measure force, this apparatus has high resolution and measure precision.This article is focused on the course of designing the apparatus of micro-friction. In this article , the paper describes three parts, the design mehods and principles of forcing sensor and turning equipment, the choice of electromotor and hardware of timing design. At the same time, the paper gives a conclusion that these designs can meet demands by error analysis.
