The development of new generational engine is confronted with three aspects challenge that fuel consume, waste gas discharge and power which are raised constantly. For to satisfy strict discharge regulation day by day, it becomes the main trend in development of internal -combustion engine that the application of electronic control technology. Hi-Performance, multi-functional sensor and large scale integrated circuit technology have promoted the birth of the Electronically Controlled Fuel Injection (EFI) technology. the Electronically Controlled Fuel Injection (EFI) technology can reduce fuel consumption and discharge competence of engine effectively. At present, engine electronic control technology not only controls fuel Injection, but also when lighting a fire, pressurized pressure and valve all adopt electronic technology. so, this kind of system not only controls fuel Injection , but controls the whole engine , we call it the computer Management System of the Engine (EMS). The computer Management System of the Engine (EMS) is one of the important directions of the present internal-combustion engine technical development, and will become leading technology that will promote the development of internal-combustion engine trade in the future.The research of electronically controlled develop system is the key that the electronically controlled technology uses on the engine, usually it carries on with the develop of electronically controlled unit (ECU) in step. In the initial stage, the function of electronically controlled develop system is simpler, there are few control parameters. It has got new progress with the develop- ment of technology, With strict discharge regulation , the requires about performance and economic request of fuel improves constantly, the functions of electronically controlled develop system are being strengthened constantly, the control parameters are increasing constantly, controlled method becomes more and more complicated, the request for the controlled precision becomes higher and higher. At present all kinds of equipments in system often work lonely and operate separately, with the increase of the equipments, it takes more time and more and more difficult to operate, at the same time it is apt to make mistakes about the disperse data records, so the centralized control and management of the equipment seems very essential . Our research is evolved around this.To the purpose of the research, we can divide the work into two following respects:Firstly, Improves the communication way, realizes the Universal Serial Bus (USB) communication between host and equipments, expands the managing ability of host computer in a large amount. The advantage of USB is joining convenient and high transfer data rate. It supplies a feasible scheme on online demarcation of control parameters. It is convenient for the upgrade and expansion of electronically controlled develop system.Secondly, verifies the improved system on Electronically Controlled Fuel Injection motor. Verifies its dependability and practicability through making an analysis of application course of the communication module, During the development course of two strokes motor which adopt FAI technology, realizes the functionally expansion of develop system by using communication module.
