With the development and increasing advancement of China's reform policy, electric Power Industry will serve the market economy. The essay discusses in the premise of the keeping security and electric quality of electric net operation, how the power company practices minimum cost of purchasing electricity in power plants opening electric market. The subject discussed in the essay has theoretical meaning and highly practical value.Chief points are as follow: Ascertain the combined unit by Merit-order Method and the distribution of each generation unit power.Ways of eliminating congestions according to generation unit power and minimum cost for increasingly use of electricity. They all judgment made by generation unit to contribution overload spur track, and numerical value sensitivity and quotation graph.Aiming at purchasing electricity with minimum cost, Electric Power Company makes overload diversion amount and the product of generation unit's sensitivity and amending amount as equation constraints; makes upper and lower limits of generation until power as inequality constraints. It has been devided the situation into 3 parts: positive, negative and positive-negative according to the different results of sensitivity calculation. It also deduces that it only needs a linear equation to resolve each generation unit's correction. Thus, the calculation is comparatively simple and direct. It can not only ensure enough presion but also reduce the time for Power Flow analysis by using the formula of DC Flow and matrixof FDLF in calculating sensitivity.Test samples have shown the validity of the proposed method.
