The Research About Urban-Traffic Flow Guidance System And Key Technology

Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) is an accurate and efficient real time urban traffic management system with application of advanced information technology, data communication technology, electronic control and computer processing technology. As we all know it is the best way to solve the problem of the traffic transportation field ,especially traffic jam , traffic accidents and traffic pollution. Urban Traffic Flow Guidance System is the kernel field of ITS. The models about urban traffic flow guidance system is the basic theory of ITS. Its purpose is to improve the traffic situation by traffic information and automation.The research about modern Urban Traffic Flow Guidance System includes Structure Framework , Implementation Architecture and some developed software.The paper introduces the present situation , problems and solution of our city traffic, traffic flow theory and its development trend, the framework of urban traffic flow guidance system in detail. The paper especially provides the design of delay models about urban traffic flow guidance system of our country. The experiment data can not acquire in time due to external condition. It needs further research about the parameter of the design models.
