Based on refering to a great quantity of domestic and international data, this dissertation puts forward the standpoint that giving systematical diagnosis to mechanical and electrical equipment with the double turnplate strike crusher as example. By means of calculating critical rotation speed of inner turnplate, theory foundation is offered to the crusher's improvement. Based on actual situation of the crusher, a portable observation and diagnosis system has also been developed on the basis of Virtual Instruments. This dissertation can be benefit to improveing the cement production technique, increasing social and economic performance from the economy energy, safety etc. aspect.This dissertation is chiefly act below work: (1) Expatiating the equipments diagnosis technique development process and trend, putting forward the standpoint that giving systematical diagnosis to the mechanical and electrical equipment and expanding the technical application in equipment diagnosis, making it breakthrough the traditional application of maintaining etc. in equipments, still be used for improvement and development etc.s of new product's design;(2) Probing into vibration type and disposal method of vibration signal, the usual method of equipment condition recognition, the essential constitutes and development trend of observation and diagnosis system; (3) Introducing the development trend of domestic and international crusher and the distinguishing feature of Double Turnplate Stike Crusher which is a new product. According to the breakdown phenomenon in running process, establishing the fault tree and deducing every kind of foundation affairs resulting in fault; (4) Studying the calculation method of critical rotation speed. The inner turnplate's critical rotation speed is come out by means of transmission matrix calculation, which giving a theory foundation to the crusher's improvement. Aiming at the problem that appears, the improvement measure has been put forward; (5) On the basis of actual situation, a portable crusher observation and diagnosis system has been developmented based on Virtual Instrument. This system is agile, as well as convenient for fixing and operation with a comparatively taller performance price rate, and it still may be used for the establishment of operation record. A hardware support is provided to the improvement of this crusher.
