Inertia cone crusher is a crushing equipment,which can achieve selective crushing and “more crushing and less grinding” energy-saving process.Because of its unique inertial force crushing method,it has been widely used in various industries.However,the huge unbalanced inertial force generated by the inertia cone crusher during the working process causes large vibration in working progress.It requires a relatively bulky body structure,and at the same time,the vibration-damping foundation of the inertia cone crusher is subjected to a very strong alternating load,improves the maintenance cost of the inertia cone crusher.In order to solve those above problems and improve the working performance of inertia cone crusher,this paper studies the dynamic balance of inertia cone crusher,an inverted double exciter inertia cone crusher has developed.The dynamic performance of the inverted double exciter inertia cone crusher has been studied to compare with the previous inertia cone crusher.Firstly,the mechanism and structure of the inverted double exciter inertia cone crusher should be designed.Several structural schemes of inverted double exciter inertia cone crusher are proposed,and the most optimal design scheme is finally selected to analyze and manufacture to test.As a new type of inertial cone crushing equipment,the mechanism kinematics of the inverted double exciter inertia cone crusher is comprehensively analyzed.Based on the analysis above,the crushing force model,the horizontal circular vibration model and the pendulum vibration model in the vertical plane of the inverted double exciter inertia cone crusher are established and compared with previous inertial cone crusher.The analysis and comparison were carried out to quantitatively study the excellent performance of inverted double exciter inertia cone crusher.Finally,the dynamic simulation of inverted double exciter inertia cone crusher was carried out in the ADMAS environment.The dynamic index of the inverted double exciter inertia cone crusher is analyzed in ADAMS.Provide technical support for the further development of more energy efficient material crushing equipment.
