| With quick development of acoustic theory and increasing maturity of sound intensity measurement method, it is more and more important to develop a quick real-time sound intensity sampling and processing system. This paper analyzes the constructions of foreign and native sound intensity measurement equipments deeply, and mainly investigates sound intensity probe and its data signal-processing module in the sound intensity measurement system. For sound intensity probe, the design project based on p-p algorithm is firstly put forward. The design methods about mechanic structure and super high input impedance pre-amplifier are given. For the development of data signal processing module of sound intensity, the cross-spectrum sound intensity technique is applied. The main work in the paper is: one is the development of system hardware, including the designs of DSP and A/D interface circuit, connection mode between DSP and USB, DSP peripheral circuit and so on; the other is the development of system software, mainly including different kinds of interface program design and FFT algorithm program design. At last, two channel real-time sound intensity sampling and processing (FFT) ability is realized in the sound intensity data signal-processing unit.The sound intensity measurement instruments and the development tendency are firstly discussed in this paper, and the research significance of the project is illustrated. Then, the research content is decomposed into two parts: sound intensity probe and sound intensity data signal processing module, including their theory, the main frame, hardware, software and so on. |
