This paper introduces the neutral beam injection equipment that was the national chiefly supported project in 95 duration and mainly introduces the design and research of its computer monitoring and control system.The system was a distributed control system, consists of computer, industry computer system, PLC control system and local intelligent control instruments. The computer mainly realizes the functions of long-range supervision and management and it includes: real time data communication, running state monitoring, history data save and print, error alarm, etc; The industry computer system mainly compulish data acquisition and signal setting during the experiment and finish data storage and management; The PLC control system mainly accomplishes the on-off input and output, it accomplishes timing control, checks the status and carries the over-voltage and over-current protection; Except for acquiring experiment data, intelligent control instruments also have the function of errors diagnose and communication. This is a big complicated monitoring and control system, the article only discusses a part of the units, includes: the components of neutral beam injection and the requirements for monitoring and control system, the argumentation and selection of control scheme, the research of data acquisition system based on PCI bus, the design and realization of hardware and software of DAC, the means of concentrated data storage and management, the communication program design of subsystem under different mode and protocol. The last part gives some experiment system running data .The research and studies on computer monitoring and control system in HT-7 neutral beam injection equipment make sure to monitor and control the experimental process when the equipment runs in the closed environment. It has very positive meanings in the steady running of the equipment. The primary experiment also proves that the design and research in the previous stage have achieved prospective object.
