Based on the application of the classic Lagrange algorithm on water supply networks optimization calculation, the way of designing water supply networks fleetly and accurately is investigated. At the same time of hydraulic calculation, the basic graphical information database is established by optimizing design the data for the connection application of the data. Then applying the second development tool of AUTOCAD, Visual LISP to scheme out the programs of plotting the network's systems drawing and the water isobar. Consequently, the whole set design from the node outflow distributing to plotting the network's systems drawing and the water isobar is completed.Actual applications express the usage of the procedure worked out is convenient and fast. The work efficiency can increase consumedly. And this makes the optimization result easy to manage. These drawings that plotted by the programs not only make the system information understand easily, but also make mistake not easily. These provided the dependable basis for the valid management of the city geography information system.
