At present,China's water resources management mode is water supply side management.It is believed that node flow is constant and there is no constraint on water use,which leads to the waste of water resources to some extent.At the same time,the imbalance of water supply pressure is increasingly prominent,and the phenomenon of overpressure outflow is common.It not only causes splashing of water,but also reduces the comfort level of residents' water.The high-pressure water supply also aggravates leakage,increases the probability of pipe network bursting,and further causes the waste of water resources.Unreasonable hydraulic calculation,however,is one of the important reasons of this phenomenon,in the process of hydraulic calculation,the traditional water supply pipe network hydraulic model such as water drive model and pressure drive model for pressure just meet the demand of the node and cannot meet the demand of the node of the hydraulic condition,think when meet the design water yield the required pressure is higher than the highest pressure,the water yield the same.In fact,however,different types of people respond to high stress in different ways,and water demand is not always the same.This shortcoming of the traditional model results in distortion of the calculation results,which affects the optimal operation,energy saving and consumption reduction,and aggravates the pipeline leakage.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the traditional hydraulic calculation model and develop a hydraulic calculation model suitable for various pressure conditions.So this article through the network questionnaire with a combination of questionnaire pilot village,based on program behavior model,descriptive analysis,exploratory analysis,single factor analysis of variance and structural equation model analysis method,the residents user behaviour on the structure in the use of water,water saving behavior research,analyzes the user the influence factors of water consumption,water saving active degree of difference and reduce the user demand,to realize the effective utilization of water resources.The results show that residents' water use behavior is affected by three factors: water-saving attitude,result expectation and social norms,among which the result expectation has the greatest influence on residents' water use behavior.Therefore,it is suggested to start from the expectation of results to carry out water-saving education and publicity,quantify the benefits that water-saving behavior can bring,and greatly improve the driving force of water-saving of users.Water saving can be realized by forming a good atmosphere of water saving in the whole society and improving users' sense of responsibility.Summarize effective water demand management strategies for these factors.At the same time,choose a high pressure straight for municipal,water supply independent DMA plot as a pilot,the use of high precision remote transmission pressure flow monitoring equipment,monitoring of different user behavior in the process of water pressure,water relations,through the pressure control management,gradually reduce the pressure of water supply for water pressure and flow rate of different types of user requirements,analysis of the each user's water supply pressure and water flow,the relationship between the traditional pressure driven model was improved,using EPANET network simulation software and MATLAB software,run the hydraulic calculation model of the improved,Compared with the simulation results of traditional pressure-driven model and water demand model,the accuracy of the improved model is checked according to the actual network information.Results show that the improved water supply pipe network hydraulic model,is applied to the regional water supply pressure is higher,can improve precision of the hydraulic calculation and further balance the pipe pressure,avoid network local pressure is insufficient,the phenomenon of local pressure too high precise regulation of water supply pressure,improve user comfort,water leakage of water supply industry control standard,improve the enterprise economic benefit of water supply and water supply pipe network management level.
