Analysis And Study Of Serious Displacement Of Main Steam Pipeline Of No.5 Generating Unit Of Zou Xian Power Plant

The main steam pipelines of No.5 generating unit of Zou Xian power plant are regarded as the research objects. According to different operating modes(the operating mode of designing, the operating mode of installation and the operating mode of invalidation etc.), the procedure of stress analyzing of the pipeline is used to calculate the whole pipeline. The way of measuring stain of pipelines is set up. Stress and stain of pipelines and hangers during running first is measured. According to the measuring and calculating results, the reasons of serious displacement and overloading of hangers are analyzed synthetically. Schemes of transforming are put forward.
