The paper focuses on the designing and application of the coordinated control system (CCS) of 200MW unit made in Russia. First, the dynamic math model of the coordinated control system is introduced, then the principle and structure of CCS is analyzed. The energy balance and coordinate relationship between boiler and turbine, the energy demand and measurement of boiler heat are discussed detailedly. Aiming at a 200MW turbine-generator unit, the CCS is configured with XDPS-400; the control scheme of CCS is given. Based upon a series of tests for the power unit, the control system is debugged and the parameters are optimized.
