Electric power industry is the important guarantee of daily production and life, occupies an extremely important status in the national economy in our country. In today’s rapid development of industrialization and information, electric power industry has developed rapidly, same power production automation has become a reality. Distributed control system is widely used in electric power industry, especially in the centralized control of large generators play an important role. Jining Power Plant as the old factory ever run with good performance, some units now exist equipment aging, low level of automation, the efficiency of the decline of the year by year. These problems increase operating costs, large waste of manpower, and there exist some safety problems, therefore is very important for the modification of the equipment.This article mainly in the expression of the power industry development present situation, based on the analysis of the composition of distributed control system and the application status in the power plant. And then to Jining Power Plant DCS has carried on the detailed analysis of existing problems, in the safety and economy after the argument, puts forward the overall transformation design scheme, and according to the fuel system of functional requirements, formulated the goal of the fuel control system integration.In the design process the Xinhua XDPS-400 e system as the transformation of the DCS equipment. Jining Power Plant DCS renovation project mainly include the fuel system integration, furnace pressure control system optimization, updating of electrical equipment and communication failures. In collecting and distributing control system hardware and software development and application of analysis, including the selection of DCS to control system, the analysis of the software and hardware configuration and software configuration. After analysis of Jining Power Plant fuel system and its DCS integration effect, including the integration of system interface, the fuel oil system and micro oil ignition system interface and logic analysis. Finally system maintenance and maintenance matters needing attention. System integration of the operation results show that the modified Jining Power Plant DCS system control effect is good, stable operation, to achieve the expected design goal.
