The Study On The State Check-up Technique Of The Electric Energy Metering Device

The technique administrative of electric energy metering device is important work. The electric energy metering device includes the all kinds of the watt-hour meters and the potential transformer and the current transformer and the secondary circuit and theelectric energy metering case. The main administrative work is to periodically check-up the state of devices.To distinguish connect station between transformer and watt-hour meters on line and to measure voltage drop of the secondary side of the potential transformer, in this paper other proposed new distinguish method. This method takes the wrong wiring in the transformer circuit as the first-layer identifying criterion, and the common wrong wiring in the electric energy meters as the second-layer identifying criterion. By doing that, the method simplifies the identification process of wrong wiring of the electric energy meter, and reduces the working of the development of the identifying software, and reduces the cost, and improves the practicability, and strengthens the resolution of the identifying process.In this paper other proposed a new method based on the difference equation to measure the secondary voltage drop of the potential transformer. This method needn't the hundreds-long wire. This method not only improves the reliability of the measurement, but also simplifies the measurement process and saves the test time, and reduces measurement cost.
