The electric energy metering device is used as the power supply side and the power supply side settlement device,which is an important part of the electric power management and ensuring the fair trade.Measurement accuracy of electric energy metering device is not only related to the economic benefits of the power supply side and power supply side,but also has an important influence on the legal rights and interests of the power industry and power users.Therefore how to improve the electric energy metering device accuracy and measurement device for anti-theft technology has become the key technology of of high voltage electric energy metering device of high voltage electric current.In this paper,we mainly focused on designing energy measurement specially applied to power user.The metering system is composed of electronic voltage transformer,electronic current transformer,phase splitting electric energy collecting unit,optical fiber module and display terminal.The phase separation electric energy acquisition unit is suspended on the 10 k V phase voltage potential,and the display terminal is used for data transmission and electric energy parameters display.The split phase electric energy acquisition unit comprises voltage current pre-processing circuit,A/D sampling module,CPU control module,RS232/485 serial communication module,real-time clock module and memory module.A/D sampling module uses special measurement chip ADE7878 to sample voltage,current signal and process electric energy data;CPU control module uses the chip LPC2468 for multitasking processing.Embedded programming with Keil as a development tool,using C language modular programming,in order to improve work efficiency,increase the readability and portability of the program.The optical fiber module is used to transmit data,realize the electrical isolation of different potential,and improve the reliability of signal transmission.Keil as a development tool,using C language modular programming,can improve work efficiency,increase the readability and portability of the program.At present,the existing high voltage metering devices in China mainly is composed of electromagnetic transformer and electric energy meter,.And the device run at the low end,can't effectively prevent the occurrence of stealing behavior.In this article,10 k V suspension type electric energy metering system is designed as an organic whole which is composed of electronic voltage transformer,electronic currenttransformer and phase electric energy acquisition unit.And it doesn't need compensation circuit to compensate for the current and voltage transformers,which can avoid the impact of the environmental changes.The phase separation electric energy acquisition unit is suspended in the phase voltage potential,which realised the design of the high potential suspension structure.Compared with the existing electric energy metering device,10 k V suspension type electric energy metering system has the advantages of high precision,anti-theft,and we have designed the function of the three-phase unbalanced electric energy metering.In the last part,10 k V suspension type electric energy metering system is tested in laboratory.It turned out that the accuracy of the device is active 0.5S.
