The Study On High Speed Data Acquisition System Of On-line Monitoring Partial Discharge In Transformer

Data acquisition system is a very important part in on-line partial discharge monitoring system of power transformer. In this paper, the experiment system of partial discharge is designed firstly, and then the discharge characteristic in oil of several typical models is analyzed. Based on the experiments, the analogy signal preprocessing unit and high speed data acquisition unit in on-line monitoring system are designed, and they can realize the function of programmable amplifying, programmable filtering, and high speed, large storage capacity four-channel synchronous sampling, besides, the CAN network is applied to realize the communication between up-side machine and down-side machine. The debugging of the whole system is accomplished, and the effectivity is verified too.
