Electronics photo frame control card is a kind of attachment product for digitalcameras. With the popularization of the digital camera and the digital pickup camera,the image memory card is applied more widely. But the image in the memory cardtaken by traditional digital camera is displayed on the monitor by computer, and itneeds image processing software to support. The control circuit for digital photo frameis designed by using MX88V610 processor and WM9710 CODEC etc. The highdefinition digital photos from a memory card are displayed on CRT or LC TVfaultlessly by particular digital processing system, and MP3 playback and music recordare also finished. The signal processing theories about electronics photo frame, including three kindsof interpolation arithmetic of gray scale level and mathematics model of digital imagegeometric transform, audio signals processing and MP3 coding theory and video signalprocessing and characters, are introduced. The design of hardware circuit forelectronics photo frame control card is the keystone of this thesis. In this section, thefunction principle of MX88V610 processor and the design method of the chip'sexternal pins circuit are introduced in detail. The interface circuits of CF card, SM card,SD/MMC card and MS card are designed , and the USB interface circuit is toodesigned according to USB principle; The signal transmitting principle of AC_link isdescribed and the audio interface circuit is designed according to the function ofWM9710; The interface circuits of external program and data memory expanding aredesigned according to function principle of external expanding memory chip and thememory expanding interface of MX88V610; The power control circuit is designed byusing two DC/DC chips and the all voltages that electronics photo frame control cardneeds are achieved by inputting 5V DC voltage; In the end, the PCB of electronicsphoto frame control card is designed according to all the interface circuits and controlcircuits. Relating electronics photo frame control card , digital photo displaying onTFT-OLED is one of the study tasks this thesis, so the study of driving circuit ofTTF-OLED is another keystone in this thesis. In the last chapter, the structure of OLEDdevice and a pixel circuit of TFT-OLED are introduced from principle of OLED. Thedriving experimentation to TFT-OLED not banding driver chip is done and the goodresult is achieved. TFT-OLED of 176×396 pots is drived by using TFT-LCD driver 67吉林大学硕士学位论文HD66773R that is controlled by MCS-51 MCU. Two interface circuit schemes ofHD66773R linking to MCS-51 are introduced and the design methods are described,and the driving PCB of TFT-OLED is designed according to the second scheme. Lastthe software flow is given too. The software is edited by using assemble language andhas been compiled successfully, and the following experimentation will be done afterHD66773R is banded with TFT-OLED screen. The communication between MCS-51MCU and display module of TFT-OLED is performed by flexible connection circuit.
