They have many experiences in ITS. And, in the result, promote the growth of their economy. The study about intelligent transportation system is later than the study of American and Europe. The problem of transportation has limited the growth of Chinese economy. China must study and learn the experience of American and Canada and so on, builds its own ITS system. It is very important topic.I regards that the success of many countries 's ITS is owe to the people of their countries. The people of these countries know a lot of intelligent transportation and obey the rules of transportation. In order to builds ITS system, China must insist on "people is the first" . First let people recognize the importance of intelligent transportation, culture intelligent transportation consciousness, secondly strengthen intelligent transportation education, lastly developed nation must strengthen the key of control and management, such as management about drive school, control of driver license.People are the foundation of intelligent transportation. But nation's transportation policy is very important to intelligent transportation. China must build a transportation management system of transportation ministry, associate of insurance, associate of security. China must constitute ITS development plan.ITS mixed of many high technologies, and many apply technologies, such as sense organ technology, measure technology, estimate transact technology, data base technology, compute technology, communicate technology, network technology, transportation rues theory and so on. ITS can bring into play only these technologies merited together completely.There are 6 technologies is very important in these fields.Totally, China must develop people firsts then make right policy about transportation, and builds its own ITS system.
