The single-track railway is still the dorminant system of the networks, and there is no track circuit in most of single-track railway. Trains can't be accurately positioning in certain regions in dispatch supervise system when running on the current single-track railway. Accordingly dispatcher can't accurately know a train's position in certain regions, which affect the dispatchers' command and decision-making, so it leads to the disability of optimizing the railway dispatching and the inefficiency of the transportation capacity. With the development of technology of Global Positioning System and Geographic Information System and mobile information transmission, are within easy reach the improvement of railroad facilities and the capacity of the railway transportation with effective solutions. How to apply those technologies to the railway transportation draws more and more concerns and attentions of the railroad professionals.After analyzing the current situation of single-track railway, the technology of integrated GPS/DR/MM(Global Positioning System/Dead Reckoning/Map Matching) positioning is adopted to implement trains' positioning in the new style dispatch supervision system of single-track railway. The technology of data fusion by means of fuzzy algorithm approach is employed to deal with the processing of data. And map matching is adopted to realize the display of trains' track. At lap* the proposed software can realize the visualization of the track of the train real-time position. It is proved that the system has a bright future, and this method may also adopt in the train automatic control system and realize the positioning of high-speed railway. |
