With the popularization of PC, it is used broadly on the real-time observer area in many appliances on the locomotive. However the accumulator observe appliance-power supply of charge and discharge is still the SCR rectifier. This power supply has disadvantage as following: poor dynamics, high volume, low efficiency and low reliability. Furthermore its power factor is low and it brings harmonics .In this way it not only cause serious problem of harmonics pollution, but also decrease the efficiency of power traction and utilization. The thesis designs a system of intellectual switched charge and discharge device for battery.At first, the paper introduces the fundamental of PWM converter in both voltage mode and currency mode. Then the essay designs the main circuit of PWM voltage source converter of the appliance. As following ,the essay analyzes the basis of main circuit, establishes the mathematics model in ABC coordinate, a (3 coordinate, and dq coordinate respectively and show the selection of parameters.Secondly, it designs the control circuit used 80C196MC in control model way. The system takes double closed loop. Voltage space vector method is explored to create PWM impulse. Show how it work in practice and give the arithmetic of software.Thirdly the paper analyzes the driver used HL402. It explains the basis of accumulator voltage sampling, currency sampling and the synchronized pulse signal. It describes the single battery voltage sampling module and single battery temperature sampling module.At fourth, the essay analyzes the s protect module. Then it estimates the source of disturbance. Give some methods of interfere resistance.Finally, I produce a sample of the system of battery charge and discharge. Show the result of experiment, such as the wave of main circuit and the wave of control circuit. It confirms the analysis above.
