In recent years, the people pay more and more attention to the environmental protection and the common clay brick will be abandoned in the construction system. So it is urgent for us to develop one new house building system, which has more advantages than the old masonry structure building. And the advantage includes lightweight, environmental protection, thermal conservation, earthquake resistance, economic benefit, economization on land, and product industrialization.CS slab structural building system adapts to the requirement of the reformation of the dwelling house. It has good economic benefit and wide perspective of the application, so it has caused mush attention of a large of civil engineers. But at the other hand, there are still lots of mechanical properties of CS slab structural building system, which have not been mastered by us yet.This paper, by shear behavior experiment of six blocks of concrete sandwich slabs(CS floor slab) under the load, studied the shear characteristic and the shear transmission of the concrete sandwich slabs. There are three blocks of slabs whose steel truss connectors' diameter is 2.2mm, and the other slabs whose steel truss connectors' diameter is 3.0mm among the all concrete sandwich slabs. At the same time, we gained the interaction curve between load and deflection, and the interaction curve between load and strain of the concrete sandwich slabs. Besides, by using the nonlinear finite-element method, we made a effective analysis on the shearing capacity of the concrete sandwich slab. We made comparison between the computed results and the experimental results, and they are in good agreement. Based on the experiment and the theoretic analysis, we concluded the formula of calculating the shearing failure load of the concrete sandwich slab. At the last, we also set up the static calculation schemes of CS slab structural building system by using finite-element method.
