The steel reinforced concrete structure is a new structure,which is based on the steel structure and the reinforced concrete structure.In order to make the two types of materials,steel and concrete,fully utilize their respective material characteristics.The bond-slip between steel and concrete in steel reinforced concrete structures has a decisive effect on the overall performance of the entire structure,and shear connectors must be used to “combine” them into a single entity.With the development of composite structures,the study of shear connectors has received more attention.It is devoted to research and development of new types of shear connectors with more effective force transmission,better shear performance,and more convenient construction.This dissertation optimizes the existing PBL shear connectors based on the underground integrated pipe gallery of steel reinforced concrete structures and proposes a new type of PBL shear connectors.Using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to study the work performance of the new PBL shear connection in the structure,the specific research work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)According to the development history and research status of shear connectors,the bearing capacity calculation,construction requirements and advantages and disadvantages of commonly used stud shear connectors,channel steel shear connectors and PBL shear connectors were analyzed.(2)In view of the shortcomings of the existing technology of traditional PBL shear connectors,the optimization is based on the original PBL shear connectors,and a new PBL shear connector is proposed,and the advantages of the new PBL shear connectors are introduced.Implementation method.(3)6 sets of new type PBL shear connectors,including conventional shear connectors and different layouts,were selected and applied to the top plate of the steel reinforced concrete underground pipe gallery structure.ABAQUS was used to carry out three-point progressive loading.The ultimate bearing capacity of the structure and the anti-sliding capability of the shear connector are taken into account,taking into account the principle of economical rationality and convenient construction,and an optimal layout is selected.(4)The optimal arrangement of shear connectors is applied to the underground integrated pipe gallery structure to study the stress state of the structure under the ultimate load and the actual working conditions.The analysis results can have great guiding significance for the actual project.
