Research The Development Trend On College Campus Plan

The 21st century is the century based upon the knowledge and information and supported by science and technology and education. In global constant furious competition, all nations are enhancing the education reform and development, and seizing the educational commanding position. Under such underground, State Council made the important decision of deepening the education reform and promoting the diathesis education on the 3rd Session National Education Conference in 1999, which started the new step that implements the strategy of Boosting China with Science & Technology. With the further development of higher education reform, every school started to enlarge the recruitment and building, which made the campus scope enlarged constantly; The purpose of "Joint Construction, Adjustment, Combination, Union" is to achieve the resource sharing and advantage complementing, and promote the school's development towards the integrity day by day; The improvement of educational mode made the school to improve the general diathesis and train the general ability from the traditional unique educational mode; Introducing the market mechanism and realizing the socialism school-running promote the school to enter the urban society with more exoteric pose. These reforms brought the unprecedented changes to schools, also made the campus functions more complex and develop towards multiplement and formed the development trend of complex campus. This article looks forward to find the design method suitable for higher school's development of our country with the view of humanism and on the basis of summarizing others' research achievements, operating the theory and method of the relative fields, meanwhile combining the project design practice and discussing the plan design concept of complex campus. This article started with researching the higher education's development and campus evolution at home and abroad, thereby summarized out the complex development rules and trend of campus from centralization to decentralization and then to the centralization combining with decentralization. Whereafter, started with the concept of humanism combining with rationalism, after summarized the research achievements of the relative field of campus plan, then analyzed the campus's essence and plan object; brought forward the interrelation and complex research on the aspects of campus from macroscopical to microcosmic, campus with the urban space, each unit that inside campus on sides of functions, space and environment etc; meanwhile, concretely expounded the design method of complex campus's space from directions of cognition and identification on places of campus space image; and then implemented the practice and application for the brought forward plan theory on complex campus from different points through several detailed plan design projects.
