Humanities Concern Of Office

In the developing history of human society,office buildings alwayse influence the life and work of the humanity.From the handicraft industry age to the machine age,to the info age,architectural technology developed with society development,humanity was experiencing ups and downs at the same time.The design of office building will be progressing with great concerns on the human needs,which is definitely the trend of architecture developing. Starting with the concept and essence of humanity,this thesis is trying to analyze and summarize the social origin,aesthetics origin and philosophy setting of humanization of office design. The preface of the thesis begins from the history of office,especially refers to two deferent theories.It leads to a series of questions which are puzzling us.Therefore,the author points out the necessity of doing more researches on humanization of office design. The first chapter expounds the construction of office exterior environment,especially the research on technology industrial park,high-rise office tower and central business district,indicating the importance of humanization between architectural and master planning.In the second chapter,from the perspective of the theory and practice,the author sanalyses that the design of office space must be based on respect for human scale and the creation of space that appeals to the people who use it.Visually and functionally our projects should be people-oriented.We should strive to cultivate design solution that enable the visitor to experience a strong "sense of space",not just from the exterior but from the interior as well,delivering for its clients memorable and stimulating environments. In this paper' third part and fourth part,the author expounds the analysis respectively from the macro and the micro angle of views.On the basis of comprehensive material study,the on-the spot investigation and the designing practice,he points out the defectiveness and faults occurred during our designing of office.Finally he provides the principles and methods solving these problems,moreover,he develops his arguments on the relevant measures and gives his own conclusion. At the end of this thesis,the author presents his summary from a macro and micro point of perception.He summarizes the main principles that an architect should follow while designing office.
