The coal resource in Guizhou province is very abundant, tenure reserves is the summation of coal in nine provinces south of the Changjiang River. When the country put the stratagems of westward exploitation and carrying west electricity to east in practice, by way of the main battlefield of fire power station, Guizhou province will build a set of great fire power plant in the near future.A majority of coal resource in Guizhou province is anthracite. According to the statistic, the coal tenure reserves is 490.29 hundreds million tons in Guizhou province in 1990, thereinto the anthracite reserves is 338.46 hundreds million tons and about accouts for seventy percent. The anthracite has the specialities of low volatility , bad for fire, difficult for steady burning and difficult for burning all, its burning technology is an important limitative factor for the power plant built.On base of summarizing the successful experience about 125MW unit using the anthracite, accounting to the fact that the economy of Guizhou province is correspondingly behindhand, combining the characteristics of the new 300MW unit in Nayong Power Plant, this paper makes special study about the anthracite which cost is correspondingly price and is used in foursquare burning furnace. We discuss the adaptability of foursquare burning mode for anthracite in Nayong power plant and ensure the best nozzle type. This paper availably instructs the construction of 300MW unit in Nayong Power Plant.
