Research and development in new products manufacturing has seen its prosperous future, and that surely brings forward stricter requirement for the core technical-engine.For that, a kind of advanced, practical and economic synthetic measuring and control system or engines is in urgent need to satisfy engines research development and manufacturing.Here, we have done substantial research and analyses to be aware of the engine testing requirement and traditional testing means. Basing on this and using mordent technical in the field of computer, sensor, electronics and software, we developed a whole as well as synthetic Petrolia engine measuring and control system.The measuring and control system consists of two intelligentize equipments. The lower equipment is called automatic control equipment for the engine, which is made up of single chips. It's responsible for controlling the engine work state, signal modulation automatic testing, etc. the upper equipment is called signal acquiring and analyzing station, which is realized by industrial computers. This station is mainly used to acquiring and store data and signals, more over to draw and analyze graphs according to these data, etc. In a word, the measuring and control system can realize a series tasks of automatic adjusting work state, automatic measuring and control, automatic signal acquiring, automatic measuring and control, automatic signal acquiring, automatic graph analysis and so on.During the course of design, we have fully considered the equipments' practicability and economy for the sake of a wide spread and use of this system. |
