Based On Engine Parameters Of The Lan Test System Design

This paper is based on the item of "the synthetic parameters testing system for the second generation tank engine of infantry".Firstly, the paper expatiates the characteristics of parameters test for the engine and it gives the target and main task of the system design in general based on the above characteristics. Then it introduces the work principle and hierarchy of the testing system for the engine based LAN (Local Area Network) .Secondly, the paper introduces the hardware design of the system and explains the design methods and each peculiarity of the five segment of thehardware-high-speed data acquisition card, high-precision data acquisitioncard, sensor signal condition and acquisition card, testing frequency card, 0-card for communication and control. Then it introduces the instrument bus which connects the hardware and its operation.Thirdly, the paper explains and analyzes in detail the control model of the system software, the protocol and the data flow of the system. Then it discusses the server and client software which mainly include the design object and the method of the server software, the function and segments of the client software and some details of the software design.Lastly, the paper introduces the methods of digital signal processing in the testing system and the testing methods of performance index in data acquisition system. As a result, it gives and analyzes the performance index of the system.
